Cannot speak highly enough for the team at CAV - Massive shoutout to Matt, Peta and Jarrod! Absolutely fantastic and genuine people!I had an issue with my innovv k5 dashcam and despite not even buying it from them originally, they bent over backwards to sort it all out for me and got me back up and running with replacement components. They went so far as to bring parts from NSW to QLD so I could grab them in person at the National 4X4 show recently.If you are looking for a dashcam for your car, motorbike, etc, please consider getting in touch with the incredible team at CAV! You get what you pay for! CAV set up our home theatre, WiFi access Points and Control 4 system. We now have a high quality integrated smart home system that we can continue to build on over time. Highly satisfied. They did a great job explaining the options for AV, cameras and automation and helped us decided what was the right level for us and our house. I recently phoned Connected Audio Visual after a series of incidents that left myself and my children not feeling safe in our own house. Jared and his team promptly provided us with a range of security options that would assist us in monitoring what was occurring within and around our home. During our conversations we also spoke about renovations to our house that would be occurring and it was decided that we would install systems that had the capabilities to 'automate' our home when renovations were completed. To say we feel indebted to Jared and his team of wonderful, highly professional tradesmen is an understatement. Not only have they solved our security problems, brought our house capacity up to the 21st century but they solved all of our internet problems also!!!! We now have internet download and upload speeds that would leave most tech-heads completely envious. Once everything was installed Jared gave us a complete handover of our system. Who would have thought such a scary incident would have resulted in something so positive as meeting Jared and his Crew, thanks to Connected Audio Visual we are sleeping better than ever before.
